    • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    • Our team processes orders quickly, typically within 2-5 business days. Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel your order to increase the chances of successful cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved Cancellations:
    • If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
    • The refund will be processed within 6-9 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipped Orders:
    • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item(s).

Exceptions

    • Orders for personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your custom orders carefully before submitting them.
